Clinical data
•78 Years old male
•Risk factors : HBP, Diabetes type 2, former smoker, dyslipidemia.
•Medical history : ischemic heart disease with PCI, PAD with aorto bifemoral bypass, aortic valvular prothesis, chronic renal failure.
•Clinical symptoms : left lower limb intermittent claudication stage 2b
•Biological parameters : serum creatinine 21,4mg/L.
•On going treatement : aspirin, Fluindione, atenolol, atorvastatine, insulin, furosemide.
Strategy
1.Antegrade approach under echography
2.Intra luminal or sub intimal angioplasty
3.Discussion and selection of stents
4.Duration of DAPT (Anticoagulant)
