Clinical background

66 year old patient, treated the week before for an acute myocardial infarction in the inferior territory. Total occlusion of the right coronary artery treated by active stenting.
Second lesion on the left coronary artery in the mid LAD.

Radial artery approach
Pre-dilatation of long lesion
Deployement of long polymer free stent (2,5x35 mm)
