- Angina with stress Echo and Scintigraphy: inferior wall ischemia
- Normal LAD
- Distal Cx occlusion
- Dominant mid RCA occlusion wtih collateral from septal
Educational objectives
- How to deal with a long occlusion and ambiguous proximal cap
- Use of IVUS in retrograde CTO procedure
- Use of guiding extension in retrograde CTO procedure
- Use and interest of long DES Stent in CTO procedure
Audience
- This live case is dedicated to interventional cardiologists interested and/or specialized in coronary angioplasty.
- A prerequisite for attendees in an initial knowledge and practice of angioplasty.
