- No deep reflux
CT scan:
- LIV postDVT obstructive lesions with LCIV occlusion
- Retroaortic LRV
- Obstructive lesion of pararenal IVC with dilated azygos veins
Phlebography: obstructive lesion of the pararenal IVC
