Target: SFA and POP; BTK if needed;
Retrograde Cross-over/Antegrade US guided 6F 11 cm Terumo sheath ;
Ber II + V18 CW intraluminal;
Jetstream 2,1 mm;
Ranger DEB 7 x 60 mm; Eluvia DES when needed;
If failure: Retrograde AT and Rendez-Vous;
