- Attempt of antegrade ATP- Lateral Plantar arteries recanalization (endo-subintimal) + POBA
- if failure, ATA-Pedal arteries crossing and Pedal-Plantar LOOP technique (retrograde recanalization of lateral plantar and ATP) + POBA
