Clinical data

  • 75 Years old female
  • Risk factors : HBP.
  • Medical history : ischemic heart disease with PCI (LAD, RCA), lower limb peripheral artery disease with angioplasties (right SUPERA and HELIFLEX, 2014) and left (HELIFLEX,2014) SFA)
  • Clinical symptoms : left lower limb intermittent claudication stage 2b
  • Biological parameters : serum creatinine 12,6mg/L
  • On going treatement : aspirin, clopidogrel, perindopril 4mg, bisoprolol 5mg, pravastatine 20mg

Strategy

  1. Controlateral access
  2. 6Fr braided introducer
  3. Evaluation of restenosis: fracture? hyperplasia? bad deployment?
  4. Intraluminal angioplasty
  5. Selection of stent : DCB (ranger 10cm), DEB (20cm) from proximal to distal
