Clinical Data

  • Male, 52 years old
  • Cardiovacular Risk factors: hypertension, former smoker (cessation 2014; 40 pack-year history), dyslipidemia
  • Past medical history: stroke, lower limb arteriopathy, coronary artery disease (inferior myocardial infarction 2014; coronary angiography revealed complete occlusion of right coronary artery with  3 vessel disease. PCI LAD and LCX but failed attempt RCA CTO PCI) 
  • Clinical presentation: Recurrent chest pain
  • Stress echocardiography inferior myocardial ischemia
  • New catheterization distal RCA CTO and no significant LAD or LCX lesion 
  • Medications: Atorvastatine, Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Bisoprolol, Perindopril
