Clinical Data
  • Male, 68 years old
  • Cardiovascular risk factors: sex and age, active smoker, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension
  • Past medical history :
    • Carotid angioplasty
    • Abdominal aortic aneurysm
    • Inferior myocardial infarction in 2013
    • Right common femoral endarterectomy, iliac artery angioplasty
    • Recent right popliteal aneurysm coverage
  • Clinical symptoms:
    • No angina, preoperative coronarography before abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery
  • TTE: LVEF 45%,  inferior hypokinesia
  • Coro:  chronic total coronary occlusion of the right coronary artery,significant stenosis of the PDA, significant stenosis of the distal left main trunk ant of the proximal LAD
  • Myocardial perfusion spect: no inferolateral basal viability (10%), apical and inferoapical hypoperfusion (15-20%)
