Coro: chronic total coronary occlusion of the right coronary artery,significant stenosis of the PDA, significant stenosis of the distal left main trunk ant of the proximal LAD
Myocardial perfusion spect: no inferolateral basal viability (10%), apical and inferoapical hypoperfusion (15-20%)
