- Heart failure( NYHAII) and Stable angina pectoris
TTE: LVEF 35%, anterior akinesia, inferior hypokinesia

Coronary angiography: LAD Prox 75%, LAD mid :100%, RCA mid: 75%
Syntax score: 25, STS score: 0.52 % Surgery refused by the patient
Biological parameters: Hb 14,2gr/dl, Cr cl :95ml/min
Medication: Rivaroxaban, aspirine, clopidogrel, bisoprolol, perindopril, spironolactone, simvastatine
