Ischemic stroke in June 2017
No chest pain or dyspnea
Echo was done (embolic source?)
Echo: inferobasal hypokinesia, normal LVEF
MRI: small scar (<50%), inferobasal, LVEF 67%
CVRF: former smoker, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia
Treadmill test: reduced exercise tolerance, no angina or dyspnea, no ECG changes

CAG: short CTO of mid RCA
J-CTO score: 1-2
Renal function: eGFR = 84 ml/min/1.73m2
