Clinical Data
  • Patient: Male, 59 years old
  • Ischemic stroke in June 2017
  • No chest pain or dyspnea
  • Echo was done (embolic source?)
  • Echo: inferobasal hypokinesia, normal LVEF
  • MRI: small scar (<50%), inferobasal, LVEF 67%
  • CVRF: former smoker, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia
  • Treadmill test: reduced exercise tolerance, no angina or dyspnea, no ECG changes
  • Referred for CAG
  • CAG: short CTO of mid RCA
  • J-CTO score: 1-2
  • Renal function: eGFR = 84 ml/min/1.73m2
