Patient 74 ans, admis pour radiofréquence de FA, a subi une coronarographie démontrant une resténose intra-stent CD
ATCD médicaux
- HTA
- Diabète type 2
- Surcharge pondérale
- CMP ischémique – IMA inférieur (1999) – implantation BMS a/n 2e segment CD
- Leucémie (2002)
- Néo prostate opéré (2004)
Clinique
Asymptomatique sur le plan angineux mais présente des palpitations dans le contexte d’une FA persistance et récidivante depuis 6 mois
Succès de l’ablation par radiofréquence de la FA avec retour en RS
Coronarographie ayant démontré une resténose intra-stent CD2 et CTO IVA moyenne
