sina P. Very interesting caseand beautiful IVUS image and final result, congrats.
There is a point I did not unterstand : when your first gladius was in the vessel architecture but outside the true lumen, what was the point of going back and do a Side Base to reach the subintimal space you already reached with the initial puncture ?

Marin V. Congratulations this is beautiful result. I wonder does the secondary curve changes the the tip load of the GAIA NEXT? And what is your advice in angulation of secondary curve for GAIA family? Thank you for making this videos, and all tactile feedback :-)
-
Alexandre A. Dear Marin, the secondary curve doesn't modify the gaia next tip load,, you need to perform this secondary curve 3mm after the first one, ;thanks for following us and you comment. hope to see you at MLCTO Nice

Ahmed E. Awesome work by two master operators. A live demo of the various challenges faced during CTO PCI beyond wire crossing. Loved the rota tips. Had the same experience with OPN balloons in a similar scenario where a spike of calcium kept rupturing every other balloon ????????????????

ahmed B. A very tough case & elegant performance. Also very unusual mishap regarding the wasted ballons, and the damaged Burr.
Finally the CX lookks amazing at the end
Very happy to see both of you scrubbed on a case
It really has to be undoubtly tough since you both there.
Yours
A fond fan of you

Mohamed R. Very informative case with lots of well managed complications, some questions if I may, retrospectively was using IVL before rota or even after stenting of LCx ostium a good option, then how is LAD flow restored despite using a covered stent from LM to LCx ?
