DESCRIPTION

In the frame of our collaboration with CTO Summit Brazil, we will be streaming in live from Kantonsspital St Gallen (Switzerland) one CTO Case performed by Dr Rinfret.

Live Case: CTO of mid RCA

Patient: Male 63 years old
History of silent inferior myocardial infarction
No angina, dyspnea NYHA I-II
Treadmill test: no angina, dyspnea, ST segment normal
CVRF: former smoker, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia
Echo: reduced LVEF (41%), inferior hypokinesia, no valvular disease
Admitted for CAG on 14.8.17: RIVA and CX without relevant stenosis, Chronic occlusion of the dominant mid RCA
