    • ayman E. Is it an acute thrombus, fresh one? the distal vasculature looks healthy. Also, do you think that stenting the common femoral artery in an area with high repetitive trauma and shear stress is a good option??

      • Molly C. Well done - that was a difficult one. Hope patient not allergic to aluminium - the stent used is 55% aluminium. There have been reaction problems to its use.

                                • Vittorio R. is there a role for use of atherectomy and dcb in a long sfa cto as opposed to poba and stent

                                  • Jérôme B. It' surely and option for long lesion, debulking with laser if not calcified, or rotational (jetstream) if calcified to avoid dissection and then apply the drug with DCB
Hard to answer in cto because our practice in cto is going sub-intimal to save time. I don't have personal data concerning safety with atherectomy devices in subintimal use
                                    Best regards

I thing taht you use too much stent for superf?c?al lesion   If the balloon is inflated enough time  the lesions Will be opened  good

                                    Agree with erdogan.

YOu do not need 3 stents for this lesion. This is overkill. you have one focal lesion. You just treat the lesion.

I th?nk that. Ost?um is SFA was not cover  completely with stent  that is why rate of occlüsion of this area is too high
