Strategy & Procedure:

  • US guided antegrade CFA access and 7 Fr sheath deployment
  • Attempt of antegrade ATP- Lateral Plantar arteries recanalization (endo-subintimal) + POBA
  • if failure, ATA-Pedal arteries crossing and Pedal-Plantar LOOP technique (retrograde recanalization of lateral plantar and ATP) + POBA
  • Jetstream atherectomy?
