Treatment of long right posterior descending coronary artery stenosis.

Clinical background

  • 75 years old patient.
  • Previous myocardial infarction, consecutive to an occlusion of the diagonal branch (already treated)
  • Stenosis of the left anterior descending artery 
  • Residual stenosis on the right coronary artery with a tandeml lesion on the left posterior descending artery and a stenosis of the postero-lateral artery.
