Previous myocardial infarction, consecutive to an occlusion of the diagonal branch (already treated)
Stenosis of the left anterior descending artery
Residual stenosis on the right coronary artery with a tandeml lesion on the left posterior descending artery and a stenosis of the postero-lateral artery.
